Job Description
As a Field Agent, you’ll be the face of our company on the ground, helping us grow by building real-world connections. Your main responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, provide basic information about our services, and assist them in starting their journey with us. This role requires confidence, communication skills, and a self-starter attitude.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Property Transactions– Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, including preparing contracts and negotiating terms.
- Market Properties– Promote listings through online platforms, open houses, and networking to attract potential buyers or tenants.
- Provide Expert Guidance– Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and property values to support informed decisions.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Prior experience in fieldwork is a plus
